When the Western North Carolina Hotels Group came to me with a plan to help front desk agents improve customer service and help fill vacant hotel rooms I had to think of a solution that would require an easy interface that would answer guest service agents quickly and effectively. My vision was a Google map interface with all the relevant hotels displayed simply on the homepage with markers that would differentiate their statuses. In the end the group loved the solution and hotels have received better scores on satisfaction and are filling up faster than ever!
